The processing of the web services on this site takes place at the above mentioned address and the data is handled only by technicians or the owner or eventual persons in charge for occasional service. No data deriving from the web services will be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

The personal data supplied by the users who ask for information material (promotions, request of info or travel offers, etc) will be used only for the purpose of operating the requested services.

 

PROCESSED DATA
Navigation data
The information system and the software procedures automatically store some personal data which is comprised while using electronical communication on Internet. This kind of information does not indentify you personally but because of its very nature, through processing and in association with data hold by third parties, the users might be identified. This category includes the IP addresses or domain name of the computers used by the costumers who visit our website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request,  the method used when putting in your request on the server, the dimension of the file received as an answer,the codenumber indicating the status of the answer given by the server (success, error etc.) and  other standards concerning the operating system and the computer of the customer.

This data will be used for anonymous statistic purposes only concerning the use of the website and to control the right function and will be deleted immediately after processed. The data might be used for inquiries in case of suspicious computer crimes and damage to the website.

Data supplied voluntarily by sending an optional e-mail to the addresses indicated on the website and in order to answer the request, the address of the sender will be stored as well as other personal data filled in.

 

Cookies
No personal data of the users will be stored by the website on purpose. We don’t use cookies for the transmission of personal information, and we don’t use “persistent” cookies of any kind or other sistems to track the traffic of the users. The use of “session” cookies (which will not be stored in the computer and deleted ones the browser is switched of) is restricted to the transmission of identification sessions (consisting of casual numbers created by the server) and are necessary to consent a safe and efficient browsing on the website. The use of the session cookies on this website avoid use of other methods prejudicial for the privacy of the navigation of the user and they don’t consent the capture of personal identifiable data of the user.

Optional assignment of data except from what is specified under navigation data, the user is free to supply the personal data requested on the contact form.

 

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA
The relative processing takes place through manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the same purposes and, in any case, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves. The personal data are processed electronically and we retain your date only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were gathered. The information that the law does not require us to store, will be deleted no later than 6 months after a clients departure from the holiday home. Special safety measures are observed to avoid the loss of data, illegal use and no authorized access.

If a person make a simpel request of information we will only keep the name and email in our booking system.

If the person makes a booking, we will ask for the following information requested both by the Danish authorities for invoicing and by the Italian authorities for the public registration of which persons will stay in the accomodation:
contact information as name, email, telephone, address. Birthday, birthplace, sex, phonenumber, country of residence, passport information of the person in charge of the booking.
Name, birthday, birthplace, country of residence of all other components staying in the booked accomodation.

Payments by credit card to Danitalia goes through BAMBORA EPAY/NETS official site and Danitalia does not have access to any creditcard information.

 

Sharing your Personal Information
Danitalia ApS shares your personal information with:

1. The owner of the booked holiday home/apartment who use the information:
- to prepare the house before the clients arrival;
- to make the statutory registration with the police requiring this information;
- to report the number of people in the holiday home to the municipality for calculating the local tourist tax;
- to report the number of people, nationality and duration of the stay to the local authorities for statistical purposes.

2. Other third parties, to the extent necessary to (1) comply with regulatory requirements, rulings or applicable laws, (2) prevent the illegal use of our Websites or breaches of the Terms of Use of our Websites as well as our policies, (3) defend us against third party claims and (4) provide assistance in the prevention or investigation of fraud.

3. Any other third party you have authorized.

4. We may also transfer the personal information we hold about you if we sell or transfer all or part of our business or assets (including in the event of restructuring, termination, resolution or liquidation).

 

International transfer of your personal information
The personal data that we collect or process in connection with our Sites and through our normal work with your bookings are stored in Denmark. Some of the recipients of information with whom we share your personal information may be located in another EU country than your personal data was originally collected. The legislation here provides the same level of protection for personal data as in Denmark, where you originally provided your information. When we transfer your personal information to recipients in other countries, we always protect these personal information under this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law. This includes accession to EU standard terms
